Cinnamon Roll Dough

3/4 Cup Milk (Heated)

3/4 Cup Water

3/4 Oz. Honey

1/2 Tbsp. Instant Yeast

1/12 Cup Butter (Melted)

1 1/2 Tsp. Salt

 

Cinnamon Roll Filling

2 Cup Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp. Cinnamon

Approx. 4 Tbsp. Melted Butter

 

French Toast Mix

10 Eggs

1 Tbsp. Nutmeg

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

2 Cup Milk

2 Tbsp. Vanilla

**Whisk All Together

Directions:

 

  • Mix Heated Milk, Water, Honey, & Yeast

  • Let Bloom

  • Add Butter & Flour

  • Knead

  • Let Dough Rise

  • Shape Into a Dough Ball

  • Let Rise a Second Time

  • Pound Down, and Roll Out

  • Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar Filling and Roll Into a Cinnamon Roll

  • Bake Until Lightly Brown and Firm

**After Cooling

  • Halve Cinnamon Roll Lengthwise and Dip Into French Toast Batter

  • Grill Until French Toast Mix Caramelizes

  • Pout on a Plate, Drizzle with Strawberry Creme Anglaise, and Voila!
